The Creative Digital Producer is responsible for conceptualizing, developing and producing all the promotional assets for Digital campaigns for Sony Pictures Entertainment Latin America across all line of business (Home Entertainment, TVD, TVP , Networks, FAST Channels and Emerging Business) in a way that increases audience interest and overall market share.

Core responsibilities

  • 60% Conceptualize, write, and edit promotional video assets for digital campaigns for Sony Pictures Latin America brands and products (including but not limited to Social Media, Apps, newsletters, digital communications, websites, online advertising campaigns, email marketing, interactive experiences and emerging digital platforms).
  • Ensure creative excellence and execution throughout the process effectively using internal resources and calendars
  • Cross-Functional collaboration with the Writer, Project Producers, Audio Producers, Graphic Designers, Content and Brand Marketing and Growth and Performance Marketing.
  • Ability to pivot and re-focus an asset or campaign based on performance.
  • 30% Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies and digital best practices to identify new opportunities for creative innovation across all Line of business.
  • 10% Attend promotional productions, EPK’s, and special events to produce assets, overviewing quality standards.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience in all aspects of digital video production (writing, editing and working closely with and Post production team)
  • Driven towards Creative Excellence. A Trendsetter with outstanding artistic sensibility and abilities.
  • Staying current with digital trends, creative tendencies and tech tools to produce cutting-edge assets
  • Establishes and builds collaborative relationships internally (Production, Marketing, Distribution, Programming) and externally (vendors)
  • Ability and empathy to work across different countries, languages, identities, ages and cultures. Diversity sensitivity is a must.
  • Experience in storytelling for linear and nonlinear platforms, reels and trailers.
  • Strong communication skills verbal and written.
  • Brand knowledge.

Education:     

  • Bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual Communication or equivalent experience required.
  • Fluent English and Advanced Spanish.
  • Ability to work effectively under changing environments.
  • 3 years of experience as Creative Producer and Digital.
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design and audio production is a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe Premier and AI tools. Being updated is a must.
