职位 ID JR100682 申请 查看已保存职位The Manager, Finance FP&A will support the US Television Production team, reporting to the Director, FP&A on a temporary project through March 31, 2025.
Responsibilities:
Reports directly to the Director FP&A Finance
Responsible for managing the financial planning process, including producing reports and consolidating– for the entire US TV Production Division. This includes mid-range plan, quarterly forecast, and budget processes
Specific P&L responsibility, including leading the forecast for, and producing the financial close Ultimates for selected Business Lines
Works closely with the Senior Management Finance, supporting Business Affairs team in the financial scenario modeling for New Business, and Network deals
Build and maintain series Ultimates for purposes of financial reporting, and planning in accordance with IFRS
Maintain appropriate controls within the planning and ultimate process as required by Sarbanes Oxley
Work closely with distribution divisions to understand distribution Ultimates along with annual revenue and cost
Work closely with Billings & Production teams to manage cash forecast process
Prepare financial presentations for operations & senior management
Develop and implement processes to leverage existing tools and streamline workflows.
Complete special projects for operations and finance as necessary.
Requirements:
BS/BA degree with accounting/finance focus required
5+ years public and/or private accounting experience required.
3+ years hands on experience with ultimate accounting in accordance with IFRS or ASC 926 preferred
CPA and/or MBA preferred
Entertainment experience preferred
SAP or Essbase knowledge preferred
Strong MS Excel skills required
Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and problem solve
Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
Strong accounting / GAAP knowledge
Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical and PC skills
Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills with all levels of management
