职位 ID JR108696 申请 查看已保存职位Sony Pictures Classics is seeking an Operations Sr. Coordinator who will oversee the KDM/ element delivery to all theaters. This role is responsible for maintaining the relationship between our Sales/Operations Departments with the warehouses and technical facilities to deliver our content to theaters. In addition to providing daily administrative support for the VP, Operations, and operations department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Deluxe on all SPC DCP/ DCDC content deliveries, rectify any issues with DCPS & keys, review and code deluxe/DCDC invoices. Update DCDC warehouse in DEX. Research and resolve any booking errors regarding DCPs & 35mm prints. Provide shipping, DCP, and other additional costs for film titles to VP Operations. Assist with creating circuit and theater master accounts in DEX. This position will require minimal monitoring/ responses to emails on evenings/weekend regarding urgent matters with Deluxe. Code invoices for all technical facilities.
- Update Academy film Service on all SPC 35mm dates for shipping to theaters that are booked by the sales department, release and monitor 35mm prints shipping to theaters. Oversee that our prints are inspected and ready for use. Review and Code academy invoices. Oversee all DEX shipping details in our operating system and inform the Operations & Sales departments of any issues. Monitor Sales Coordinator’s shipping & DCP orders for trade and publicity screenings and meet with non-theatrical sales manager to review inventory.
- Process VP Operations expense reports, travel arrangements, and keep calendar. Order office supplies, oversee office luncheons/events, assist with box office reports and oversee Maccsbox files into DEX, and processing theater refunds. Create Daily deposits and upload images into DEX system. Process Invoices/ charitable requests for company. Assist and maintain the Co-President’s schedule when their assistant is out of office.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of different film elements
- Knowledge of Theatrical Film Distribution required
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and take lead
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Effective conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrate the ability to work with all levels of management
