职位 ID JR107817 申请 查看已保存职位One of the key initiatives of the CFO group is the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) Program, a goal-setting philosophy that underpins the most important strategies across the organization. This is supported by the OKR Program team. The Senior Coordinator, Administrative Services will work with the OKR Program Manager to support the OKR Program with the day-to-day activities associated with facilitating a successful OKR program and supporting our program expansion.This role will also support the Admin Services team on their Dining Services initiatives. This position is based in Culver City.
Responsibilities:
Become SME of OKRs (Objectives, Key Results)/Betterworks to provide operational support for all OKR program participants (including executive level participants)
Maintain OKR program calendar (schedule trainings, workshops, and committee meetings accordingly)
Create training materials for OKR Training sessions and workshops
Co-facilitate training sessions including New Participant Trainings, Writing Workshops, Betterworks Training
Create content for and distribute communications to OKR participants
Oversee OKR Program communications calendar
Send welcome information/resources to new OKR Participants
Prepare status reports for the Executive Sponsor and OKR Shepherds as needed
Update OKR Resources Portal with pertinent information
Provide customed 1:1 OKR support to participants
Manage account lifecycle for all OKR program participants in Betterworks
Coordinate “Measure What Matters” book and ebook link distribution
Support OKR Champion program
Support Admin Services/Dining Services by updating the Commissary menus onMySPE
Support Admin Services/Dining Services in Event support as needed
Qualifications:
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Must be flexible – an ability to work well in an environment where needs and priorities are subject to revision
