SPE INTERN:
Our Emerging Talent Programs, which includes Interns, Trainees, and Finance Rotational Associates, offer unique opportunities for students, recent graduates, and emerging talent to work alongside the teams that come together to create movies, TV shows, and other great experiences. These seasonal, paid assignments provide meaningful and productive work that builds on your experience and develops your skills further. You will be provided with challenging tasks, real-world experience, and many educational and social networking opportunities.
This Fall Internship is from September through December 12th(start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work 10-29 hours/week, in person in the specified office location. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university interested in continuing their education through professional experience.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
The Sony Pictures Entertainment Internship Program offers a unique opportunity to gain experience within the Sony Physical Production department offices on the Sony lot, working alongside the talented teams that bring Sony Pictures Television shows to life. Current projects include acclaimed series such asTHE BOYS,THE NIGHT AGENT,FOR ALL MANKIND,GEN V, andSWAT EXILES.
This seasonal, paid internship runs from September (various start dates) through December 12thand provides meaningful, resume-building work that helps you develop your skills in a real-world corporate physical production environment. Interns will be assigned challenging tasks, gain valuable industry experience, and benefit from networking, educational, and social opportunities.
Candidates must be available to work 15 to 29 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling to accommodate school commitments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Manage high volume calendaring
·Phones
·Organize various production documents
·Grids
·Book travel and other aspects of physical production
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Background in film production
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Background in film production preferred
