This Spring 2026 Trainee position is from the January 12, 19 or 26, 2026 to June 26th, 2026 (start and end dates are flexible based on your schedule) and all candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday in the specified location. This type of opportunity will jump-start your career and prepare you for a career in the desired field. This is not a remote role. A hybrid work option may or may not be available.  

We work for the Brand Creative & Digital Marketing Team, as part of Sony Pictures Television. Our team is part of the Game Show Group, and we work across several different lanes/workflows - Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy!, Raid the Cage, and any other property currently in development. We support internal stakeholders (producers, content managers, creatives, executives) and external partners as well as the consumer products, mobile games, licensing and development teams. Our team works on campaigns and projects for our various workflows and deliverables, including events, newsletters, sizzle & sales reels, print ads, on-air promos, digital and social campaigns, show graphics packages, logos, pitch decks, and other custom graphics. Our remit covers the full production lifecycle for content creation, video and graphics in marketing/branding space, from pre-production and planning through kickoff, execution and post-mortem.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Work closely with the Manager and Senior Manager to support creative operations/production duties in Airtable and our DAM, such as resource/traffic management, scoping & forecasting, out-of-office tracking, reviewing creative briefs, intake and activation of new creative requests and asset management
Distill real-time information and take live notes during meetings – reviews, briefings, kickoff – and help identify/execute any action items. This also includes preparing weekly meeting agenda for live syncs with creative and production team members and/or helping to prepare written weekly team-wide status report
Build, test, launch and troubleshoot grid, Gantt, Kanban, and calendar views along with other interfaces and reporting dashboards for different teams within our division. Help with active Airtable maintenance and evolution - solidifying information hierarchies, building and testing formulas and automations, customizing interfaces and dashboards, researching new product releases and proposing use cases to support team growth
Support Senior Manager with staffing and onboarding/offboarding, which includes scheduling interviews, updating candidate tracker, prepping internal stakeholders for interview panels, sending templated emails to new hires, adding/removing system access, and working with internal teams on equipment needs
Centralize all production calendars (tape days, air dates, etc.) within Airtable while also helping to audit, log, organize and add new documentation to our branded assets tracker and library of brand HQs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in creative operations, with at least 1 year producing creative content for a brand and/or agency
• Baseline understanding of the creative workflows for graphic design, video, and animation
• Mac, Google Suite experience a must
• Familiarity with Airtable bases and interfaces is required; at minimum, need to be familiar with production & project management SaaS
• Can rapidly disseminate and organize data, optimize information architecture, and craft standardized naming conventions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Background in television or entertainment is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated, quick on their feet with ability to pivot; creative problem solver
• Manages time appropriately and meets aggressive deadlines

The anticipated base salary for this position is $22/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
