职位 ID JR107128 申请 查看已保存职位The Feature Mastering Coordinator is a key support role working across various studio departments as well as external partners in support of the studio’s digital supply chain. They help drive and implement universal standards for overall asset flow, file ingest, and organization of media. Focus areas will be coordinating receipt of video, audio, subtitle elements along with meeting with production personnel to discuss technical specifications, offering support for production workflows and partnering with internal teams to support application/tool development and utilization across the end-to-end supply chain. This is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires an individual who can handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Planning, scheduling and monitoring the receipt of incoming assets and ingest of discrete assets (video, audio, subtitles, etc.) for digital distribution.
Work with and support internal & external stakeholders to ensure critical timelines are met for projects/ingests for distribution & servicing needs.
Provide support to the overall team on special projects, build Excel spreadsheets, and analyze data to streamline processes and reduce rejection rates for delivery assets.
Maintain inventory readiness by troubleshooting and resolving source related issues and client rejections in a timely fashion.
Create/update process documentation pertaining to the systems/applications used within the department and provide training on these systems/processes.
Project-based asset research as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in TV & Film Delivery distribution, including the intake and delivery of source material.
Working knowledge of video & audio including video encoding specs, subtitles, video packaging, digital media workflows and asset management; Requires someone with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
