Sony Pictures (SP) Imageworks is an Academy Award®-winning visual effects and animation studio known for photoreal live-action visual effects, dynamic creature and character animation and full-CG features. This Manager, Diversity & Inclusion and Engagement role is to help us create a more inclusive workplace and to keep our employees engaged and connected in a changing work model. This role collaborates with employees and the leadership teams to design and deliver programs to embed D&I into our DNA while aligning with the changing business needs.
What You’ll Do:
Diversity & Inclusion
Drive the D&I strategy. Work with the Office of D&I in Culver City, CA to contribute to global D&I work and ensure programs are appropriately tailored for local use.
In conjunction with the employees and management, identify and develop D&I initiatives that drive real change towards creating an inclusive workplace. This role will be responsible for the implementation of the activities, project management, vendor management, resource coordination and budget management. This role will assist in defining the best practices within the Imageworks recruitment function to ensure inclusivity.

This position will help evaluate all the ways we interact with employees and assist us in developing and executing new, dynamic solutions to achieve that goal.
Collaborate with employees, business and department leaders to deliver initiatives that increase connection, engagement and enhance employee experience, with a focus on creating a company culture of respect, equity, innovation and excellence.
Drive the internal and external communications strategy for D&I and Engagement initiatives.
In partnership with the Office of Diversity & Inclusion and the Talent Analytics Team, help establish performance metrics that can accurately measure the company’s progress over time.
Remain current with trends/thought leadership in the areas of D&I and Engagement and bring best practices to Imageworks.
What You'll Bring:
A track record of executing a defined strategy. Experience inspiring others and leading change through building rapport, demonstrating passion, and strong influencing skills
At least two years’ experience leading D&I initiatives in a company setting, where you will have demonstrated your ability to deliver programs that have resulted in positive change in complex environments.
Experience in delivering initiatives across multiple sites and time zones adapting style in order to effectively communicate
Analytical and systematic approach with the ability to work with detailed data and present clear and engaging analysis of the findings to different audiences.
Proven ability to adapt and quickly change direction, when necessary, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
